Clients on packages must attend at least 1 session a week. If you don't, one credit will be removed from package. Package can be place on freeze if a player is injured, sick, or if a previous discussion was held with Coach T.
We will work around your season/practice schedule as best as we can. Clients are require to figure out how they can at least get in the gym at least once a week on days offered.
If you book a drop in or shooting clinic you are expected to show the day you requested. If you don't show the session will be marked as complete. There will be no roll overs or makeup days. Please be sure you are able to attend before booking.
Parents of clients on packages will receive a session tracker (EzBook) link when they book.. The link will reflect anything I do on my end pertaining to your package (ex. mark complete, reschedule, special notes, etc). This is a view only link from the client side.
If you refer someone and they want to book a package, please make sure you tell them to put your name/athletes name in the REQUIRED NOTES to receive your referral discount towards your next package. Discount amount will be based on the next package you book.
Depending on your package clients get 1 or 2 guest passes per package. A new guest can only use a pass one time, after that they will have to do drop ins or get their own package.
Any vacations communicated prior to booking will be adjusted accordingly and not held against client.
