Learn the fundamentals of basketball. These sessions utilize innovative drills to improve dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, and defense. This group is perfect for those new to the sport or with little experience.
In this group the pace pickups. We start to introduces more aspects of the game and game situations. Main focus is on the fundamentals - ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense and IQ.
This group challenge athletes, both physically and mentally, to push them selves to meet their basketball goals and objectives. If it is to be a leader of their team, play at the high school/college level or just to become a better player.
All sessions are use it or lose it. Exceptions only apply if:
Vacations: Any vacations communicated prior to booking will be adjusted accordingly.
Example: If you join a 6wk basketball league, would you miss your game for a birthday party? If yes, does that team let you make up that game or get a refund?
