My skill development program is designed to develop, improve and enhance a basketball player’s overall offensive & defensive ability, physical condition, mental toughness and basketball IQ. Athletes will gain confidence and ability to translate the work behind the scenes into live game play.
In our sessions we pride ourselves on work ethic, attention to details, being fundamentally sound, and pushing players to work smarter, harder, better, and faster.

JR HOOPS. is a great way to start if you are new to the sport or have little experience in the game of basketball. Learn basic right hand and left-hand dribbling (stationary and with movement), basic passing, triple threat position, proper layups, basic shooting form and follow through, basic rules of basketball, and basic basketball terminology. All athletes are to bring their own ball and must wear proper basketball attire

As a HS Coach, I know there is not enough reps in practice to keep your game sharp or to correct anything you may be struggling with in games. With my IN-SEASON TRAINING schedule you can come sharpen your tools and get help breaking down film. There will be no game play to avoid any risk of injury,
